New restrictions on begging:
You may not beg unless your current amount of money is insufficient to proceed to the next task/cheapest form of transportation available.
You may only beg to a point which is sufficient to cover your expenses for the next task (and you MUST take the cheapest option).
YOU MAY NOT BEG ON TRANSPORTATION. PERIOD.
Just to clarify though, say if it's a Detour choice between a paying and non-paying task, you CAN go for the paying task... you'll just have to beg.
In addition, I do promise that I'll be cutting down on luck-based financial
penalties, if any, on future legs.

Can it please count? I was purposely saving my begging for later on in the race, otherwise I would've begged a lot at the start like other teams. I didn't know it would be canceled and my decisions were made based on the original rules. Additionally, I was 1 of the few teams that got -17 USD due to bad luck, so a small begging bonus would be only fair don't you think?
