Soto says he will accept any consequences for his mistake. The Cubs released a statement during Thursday's 6-5 loss at Detroit saying they were unhappy about the news. The Cubs also said it was the first positive drug test of Soto's career. Soto was chosen as the National League Rookie of the Year last season after hitting .285 with 23 home runs. He represented Puerto Rico at the World Baseball Classic, which was held before this season started.

The funniest thing last night was seeing Hamels ejected "after" Cholly already took him out in the 5th. Well second funniest. Castillo caught back to back pop ups and recieved huge rounds of applause. Castillo was laughing.
