Those damn Twins are looking good. Hell at the game last weekend (v. Cubs) there were just as many Twins fans as Cubs fans it seemed.

I can't figure out what's funnier. Scutaro getting a walk and stolen base on the same play (lolol @ the chumps) or the Nats winning a series at yankee
stadium.
so the Amazins lose 2/3 to the O's and gain a game in the standings. Perhaps the Mets should bring up their double a team........maybe then the Phils will manage to run away with the division. anyway, I'm flying overseas to the most beautiful country in the world tonight. unfortunately for me, I'll miss the Yanks/Mets series at citi but I'll be back just in time to watch the Mets travel to Philly and give the hometown team another beatdown. I ask that someone keep StarRider in line. His head becomes rather inflated when yours truly is not around. |

former Phillies catcher. According to MLB.com, Barajas is hitting .500 against Philadelphia with four home runs and ten RBI since he left the team in 2007!

Oh yes, Rod, former Phillies catcheri hate to prove debrun completely wrong (lol jk i love doing it which is why i do it so often) but barajas is a low ball hitter. i was watching on the blue jays feed and they were SHOCKED that he swung at a high pitch let alone hit it out. the annoying thing was both homers this series he hit were on pitches out of the strike zone. |
