that being said..after Santana pitches his standard quality outing (god knows why Melky and Hughes were too good for us to trade for him) hopefully the Mets will remember that they're the Mets and the bullpen and/or the second baseman will hand the Yanks the game... |

Dave might be right. AJ outpitching God so far. AJ looks locked in, but he's famous for starting off like that then imploding. AB, this isn't last year's bullpen, although the loss of Putz and viable lefty options after Pedro raises red flags. Good point about Hughes and Melky. Why Cashman wouldn't trade them for Santana, I have no idea. |

So far Santana doesnt look very good. AJ is locked in and already has the run support. Santana is wasting a lot of pitches.
