If you've appeared on TV multiple times, you are a serial fame whore. I have no problem with past record contracts. The business is tough and shit happens. I don't like these fuckers who have chased reality show after reality show.... reality contest after reality contest. If you've been on MTV, Making the Band, Star Search, The One, or any other reality based contest/music show, you are a serial fame whore and have no alibi for your douchebaggedness.
