15 guys means only 9 girls, this should be interesting. The only ones I don't think I like of the guys are Jesse Cottam, totally overrated fanbitch target,
Mark Day, obligatory Newfoundlander so they don't complain (Side Note: Portugal Cove is very nice though) and I don't care much for Sebastian but he is
good.
Of the girls I don't care too much for Katelyn Dawn but she's good, I obviously don't care for Jessica Sheppard and I don't know about the French girl from the sing off or Lindsey Barr.
While I do agree that more guys deserved spots in the semis I don't like what this could mean for the Top 10/12, I can honestly see Canada voting out most of the girls and us only getting like 2 girls versus 8 guys, despite how good any of the girls perform. Getting rid of the gender split and putting in 15 guys is honestly like the judges giving fangirls a license to be sexist and only vote for males no matter what the girls do or how talented they are. I feel like this will give them validation for their bullshit and they'll throw it out there anytime they are accused of being sexist and say that it's obviously true that the males are better, and they'll use it every season afterwards.
I'm envisioning a Top 7 of all males because the females got massacred right away as usual and since there were only like 3 to begin with they all got the boot one after another. If the males perform better and deserve it fine, but I don't know if they all do. There are some girls is there with major talent who I already know will be robbed because of this.

I'll say BEST.SEASON.EVER. when we see how the Top 10 or 12 turns out. There are still some duds in the mix and if they all manage to get in.....all bets
are off for the season's hopes.
