Completely agree with that statement. With the odd few making it to the top 10. I HATE the kitchy Canadian talent that gets by into the top 10. So while I am hopeful and inspired by some of the singers in the last episode, I am also realistic that probably only 1 or 2 will make it through. I LOVED LOVED LOVED Adam Casselli. He is the first person in all the shows that I truly think could be international if that audition is any indication of his overall abilities. I still love Jessica and her smoky voice, she is a strong singer, and should be our repeat performer as a shoo in for the top 20. Kristine Lankinen.. she seems hungry for this Lindsay Barr (although previews of next show do not look promising.. "that's what happens when you get no sleep and offered nothing but candy") Jade, for the OTT voice, great power to her. and if Mark Day (Fat Clay) makes it to the top 20, this show .. this show will, .. well, this show will not surprise me, as it will continue to put unmarketable personalities through.

Although it would add something interesting to his performances, I hope his singing is up to par. I really doubt Mark Day makes the top 22. At least I really hope he doesn't.

Wonder if they knew each other prior to the auditions. I was rewatching a bit of the 2nd and 3rd episodes and these are some of the people who I think should be top 20/22 and hope to see them. 1. Adam Castelli- although, he may not want to win or even make it to the end. He seems like he would be held back by a CI win 2. Kayla Luky 3. Steven Porter (moondance guy) 4. Big Earl 5. Kristine Laninken 6. Mitch .. (cape breton) 7. Jade 8. Lindsay Barr 9. Shaun-- just to see him spar with Jake edited to ask: Did anyone see Liam re-audition?? I would love to see him back. I wonder if he sang 'This Magic Moment' again. If Liam does come back I hope it's in a couple years so he actually has time to grow. I really hope these people are in the top 22: Kristine Lankinen - There's a youtube link of her singing 'Dear Mr President' acapello on her thread. She can definitley sing and is a break from the folky singers Kayla Luky - I wasn't sold on her audition but I really like some of her originals. She might be limited though. Katelyn Dawn - Her originals are good. She seems to have the largest fanbase on the scaryboards so far. Earl Stevenson - I really like his voice but his performance skills could use some work Lindsay Barr - If someone from the east coast must make it, it might as well be her. Oh and I like her voice, performance skills and personality too. Amberly Thiessen - She's good even though she may be limited. Jessica Sheppard - I really don't care either way but judging by the editting of her audition I think she's top 22. Leanne Kean - If someone from Newfoundland must make it, it better be her. She's actually really talented. Diane Archer - I liked her in season 2 and that was 4 years ago so she's had a lot of time to improve. Oliver Pigott - His audition wasn't great but he's really good judging by his myspace songs. I'll be shocked if he's not in the top 22. Adam Castelli - Just so he can do his audition song again as one of his performances. Pat (Crooner from BC) - Just to bring something different from the rocker/folk guys with guitars. I think he could be better than what we saw. These people I'mk kind of iffy on making top 22: Steven Porter - he's so young and I fear he will start to suck but little girls will vote for him anyway. He would be so much better if he waited a couple years. Mitch - mainly because he's from the east coast and he will make top 4 automatically even if he starts to suck. Jade - great personality but her voice annoys me. Taylor Abrahamse - I hate high pitched voices on males Jesse Cottam - I actually don't mind him but he's got the fangirl vote right now.
