I heard he's doing a video for "Shine" but I don't know if it will really help with the album sales. I can see the song getting some radio
airplay but all the Idol winners have always got some nice radio airplay.
This is a definite case of a winner by default, there's obviously people who like him including myself but it's obviously he never had a massive fanbase and just managed to beat out fan favourites Carly Rae and Greg. I won't say Jaydee yet because it will kill me and I'm waiting to see if he releases an album and it does well.
I think a lot of people thought Eva was just the best of the crappy group that was on CI4 but she was genuinely really talented and well her looks didn't exactly hurt her either when she got off the show. The modeling campaigns certainly won't be a hindrance if she does decide to release 2nd album, it's keeping her in the spotlight, something other winner's failed to do.
We certainly can't blame Kalan for not being the spotlight since he had such real, serious family issues to deal with but it obviously hurt him. Ryan's success with Low Level Flight is interesting considering how long he's been gone, but I suppose that type of music is popular these days anyway. Melissa's Dirty Dancing thing may or may not help her when it comes to releasing music in the future, we shall see.

Just a last Eva note I saw her on E-Talk the other night and she looked stunning. She was at some event, I'm not sure what but E-Talk was asking stars about their New Year's Resolution. She said it's been her resolution for 3 years but it hasn't stuck yet, she wants to stop procrastinating.
