I have to agree with Downy and others. Everytime Bale would do that ridiculous gravely Batman voice, I'd look all around the theater wondering why the
audience wasn't busting out in hysterical laughter. It was like Anna Farris's "name" voice in The House Bunny but way less subtle.

Either way I agree. Clooney had the voice. Or Space Ghost. Why not dub it in? Agree that Heath was trying to be like Johnny Depp. But more to the story- Depp molds himself after James Dean. Except for that Chocolate Factory movie, where Depp molded himself after Judy Garland. |

Just watched this movie again last night. Seems like Bale's voice gets lower as the movie progresses.
Can't agree with a lot of you about Heath - he's amazing. Very dark, VERY twisted. |

I watch all of his movies more than once. I have no problem with his performance. I just think the movie itself sucked. |
