Sweet. I was pulling for a Danny win, and I'm glad to see he pulled it off.
Sucks for Paula because she got stuck with fucking Lacey. It could have very well been that useless fat fuck that cost her the win, and that just sucks, even if I was rooting for the other guy. Fuck you, Lacey. I think it's six weeks until the next season? I haven't seen such a short turnaround since going from TAR5 to TAR6 (or was it TAR6 to TAR7? Those three seasons did run pretty close, after all). |

Something I've noticed on HK - why do all the contestants look like they haven't had a shower for a week? Do they slather grease on all of them before the taping? Seriously, would you eat anything Paula or Danny cook for you if you saw them first? |

Did you notice that Ramsey didn't announce the percentages as far as the comment cards from the dinner guests went? Why do I feel like Paula's side
had better feedback?
I liked Danny and he was deserving of a win but I would have preferred a Paula win. She basically lost b/c she wasn't inexperienced and Meh at the beginning whereas Danny was and so he had room to grow. It sucks. This season we had the 2 best finalists by miles and in another season I think Paula would have taken it like perhaps last season since she would pwn Christina's ass. I do have to note, anyone notice the pattern w/ the winners? Male Female Male Female Male Umm.. next season a female will win.

Why did they make such a big deal about desserts, then shut down the service without getting to them? At least they never showed a single dessert being ordered
or going out. I kept waiting for Lacey to fail epically on that station, but it never happened...

I've noticed the editing for a few reality shows seem to taken a turn toward blatant misdirection. I mean they always tried to keep the suspense up by
adding things here and there but it's getting ridiculous at this point. The more they just try to fool the audience and don't make the decision make
sense the less interested I become. This one wasn't as bad as some have become but it still seemed pretty much like Paula would win. [/soapbox]

Yeah, Danny was finished, while they showed Paula's finishing up by getting out her last two entreés. Entreés? I too wanted to see the desserts go out.
I thought I saw Bonnie when they cut to the applauding "Past Winners". Could be my eyes. |
