Yesterday the former Guns N' Roses drummer was ordered by an LA court commissioner to enter yet another rehab facility. The sentence stemmed from an incident back in July of this year. At that time the 43-year-old was arrested for drug possession and for being under the influence of drugs. He was also wanted for an outstanding warrant. By entering a new treatment program, Adler is spared any jail time. Ironically, Steven was unable to attend his original court date last week because he was still wrapping up his stay at Sober House. He completed his stint just prior to Friday's appearance. |

I was going to mention that about Steven but I didn't know if it would be considered a spoiler in this thread or not.
It's funny to watch someone try to hide being fucked up. He probably thought he was acting cool & wouldn't get busted. Damn, his brain cells are fried. I hope they do a follow up blurb on his progress at the new program at the end of this show. |

I love Steven and I hate saying this, but the guy doesn't have much of a chance. Shorty doesn't even want to get better. Rodney is the only one out of this group I even see maybe making it sober for a long-term, but then again...he said he's tried several times.

Andy Dick is a piece of shit and everyone in Hollywood hates him. The only reason he shows up on here is for a job and because he wants people to think

I think Andy Dick owns! He was on that Cheech and Chong roast on tbs I think? A month or so ago and he made me laugh.
I just finished watching the first episode, I was kinda disappointed with it though.. The drama with Steven didn't bother me, I love him to death, I don't mind him being the focus.. but I feel like the chick that ran the sober house got more airtime than any one else and I don't like her at all. Seeing Drew and Bob there was cool, but that chick sucks it. |

Steven just made me sad. And as has been said, Seth/Shifty just wants to party until he's dead and he will be. Wish I'd have put him on my Death Pool
list!
I'm not sure about the woman who is the "House Mom" there. She's only got two years of sobriety behind her and I think there should be somebody with a lot more time in keeping an eye on things. Love Will though. And Bob. And Dr. Drew is just hot so any time he's on my screen it's nice! |

Steven makes me sad too. Perhaps he needs what Robert Downey Jr. finally had to do to straighten him out, prison. I have wondered why he doesn't have a
minder. A lot of those wealthier people go to rehab and then have a full-time rehab minder with them most of the time. Maybe he doesn't have the money to
hire one. When they did that tv show of Tom Sizemore he had the minder with him. Plus why they aren't going to AA meetings, and definitely Amber needs to
go to Alon-non or Narcon-non about her mother besides her own meetings. Going out into the same lifestyle most won't make it, have to get new friends, new
habits, which AA is good for too. Steven would need a long, long time in a facility, he can't go back outside, he will backslide.
omg I looked at older photos of Steven Adler because the ones you put up there are now red x's, see if this one shows up: 
He's obviously got a new nose as well, I like his original nose here, but you would never, ever know that's him! See if this one shows up. I had no idea that's what he originally looked like, and he was born in 1965, he's not even all that old, only 44.

Watching Steve in today's episode was heartbreaking. And he's so into denial and so determined to self-sabotage it seems. The scene of him trying to
si.t at a computer after using is painful. And next week's episode looks like a train wreck as well. Does anyone succeed in this Sober House? Or are
they all determined to fuck up royally.
