They should have a Survivor: Twins edition. Put each twin in a different tribe and see what happens.

A family edition could potentially be good. Just think of all the drama/bitterness/hurt feelings it could cause!
ETA: Of course, when I say family edition, I mean having one (extended) family for the entire show, not a bunch of small families competing against one another.
