Willard might have qualified if he'd gotten any airtime, but nowadays old people on this show that do well are automatically portrayed as these saintly masterminds (Bob, Yau-man). There needs to be a cranky old guy that has the physical skills and work ethic of Bob to better his chances of making the merge Randy is 49yo - pretty close to 50...

Also, it's been a while since we have had an Alicia type, where a female is stronger than almost all the guys.
