I'd love to see an old guy (50+) asshole. The closest we've had are Rudy and BB, but Rudy's more of an, "Aww, what a lovable curmudgeon" and BB only lasted two episodes, and they were both 16 seasons ago. Willard might have qualified if he'd gotten any airtime, but nowadays old people on this show that do well are automatically portrayed as these saintly masterminds (Bob, Yau-man). There needs to be a cranky old guy that has the physical skills and work ethic of Bob to better his chances of making the merge

And how about an interesting, yet average young guy who isn't a mactor, but also isn't a total nerd and won't give up the game at the end so that his friends can make the final two? Like Brandon from Guatemala without being a country bumpkin.
