(puts a finger up) Losah! Sugar's edit in the Randy boot episode probably cost her $100,000. She should take her own advise: "learn to be nice" Everyone else should just enjoy a good catfight. Notice how Corinne was more thrilled than Bob when he defeated Sugar for the AC prize. In her interviews, Corinne made a point of sticking up for and defending Bob, and claiming Bob wanted to boot Sugar over Paloma and she wished she'd made it happen.

No, she the second coming of Kim J and Lill, who knew they couldn't win and used their power to select the winner. Sugar started to play that was much earlier, but with F3 it was obvious she couldn't win, so might as well play God and help the people you think deserving. Lesson to Wannabe Mastermind - beware of Goats who have no cahnce of winning, especially if you are someone like Lex, JFP, or Kenny.

Sugar clinging to Bob reminded me of Courtney clinging to Terry in Exile Island. However, no one actually had the presence of mind this time to simply slaughter the goat.

I can't imagine being ready to play survivor right after losing a parent. This season would have been boring as hell without her though. Huge yawn to Corinne's "mean girl" routine...it's not funny when you are that clueless and vile. Anyone who hasn't seen the Ponderosa clips really should take a look at just how idiotic that woman is. I agree that Sugar's dad won this one. Bob would have been toast if Sugar hadn't saved his ass a few times, and she knew he would win if she took him. At the end, she let the third place "win" it for themselves, and it really didn't matter anyway. Her biggest mistake was booting Crystal last week--but, even with a Crystal/Susie/Sugar final 3, she would have probably lost--so what the hell, she gave it to the one she liked best. Then again, that jury would have never voted for a woman (except the odious "onion" brain trust, who would have voted for anyone remotely connected to them (Corinne) just to try to grab a piece of the victory.) I would rather Bob win than the dorky Matty though, so... I wish it had been final two instead of final three. I would have adored watching "onion" choose between Sugar and Susie. Or a final three of the women--that would have been gold. Bob sucked up best, and he was an onion-hanger-on. This was the least suspenseful live show ever.

If she played the game now or before her fathers's death she'd only have cried a bit less. She plays with her heart. Sugar is what she is, and I'm sure in RL as well. During the game Sugar saved Matty and Crystal as well as Bob. Clearly the jury was divided along the lines of alliances - period. Well Matty might have voted Sugar had she said sorry for creating the F4 tie. I'd take it Jeff's Blog rant was directed at the 3 votes for Susie and none for Sugar. Sucking up is way more up Susie's ally. Bob was not a master strategist. Quite frankly there were NONE in this game. At times it seemed like the Onions or Kenny had it won, both got arrogant overplayed their hands, and both got what they deserved. Bob's pretty much he portrayed himself as being as he is. He didn't like Bob, he's kind of a fanatical fan of the game, and I think he would have voted for the most strategic player...and he had an inkling that might have been Sugar, but then she just blew the jury questions, so, what the hell, give it to Bob. Crystal seemed to give her credit too, and of the entire jury, I think she seemed the least grudge holding. She needed to show more regret for booting Kenny too, she flattered him OK, and I think he could have been teetering. It might have been enough for 2nd. I think Matty's vote was Susie's all along, but she might have tied Bob. She seemed to have already handed the money to Bob though, long before she even faced the jury.

I don't even think she would have beat Crystal either, especially if she gave the same jury performance.

I don't think she has a single regret about the way she played, and I think at the final TC she told the truth. I think she really was sorry she'd booted Kenny instead of Susie. I also think she got out of Survivor what she most needed: exposure for her career and some money too. Susie could have done a much better job of articulating why she should have won. She did have a strategy. Part of her strategy involved coattail riding, but she won two important immunities, and unlike other seasons she won the final immunity when it really did not favor women. In fact, I thought it was a pretty good immunity that was neutral. The only person who might have been a better shoe in would have been Randy with his engineering knowhow. Anyway, Susie should have pointed out that she flipped when necessary to save herself. Marcus' stupid little rant about her "playing the game of life" wrong was just so silly I wanted to slap him. Suse could have taken that moment to say "you were lying to me about taking me to F3 with you. We both know I would have been out at 6 so I went with people who could legitimately promise me F3." Bob mainly deserved to win because of exactly what he said: he outlasted everyone. He would not have been there if it wasn't for Sugar, but he won immunities when it really mattered and that counts too. Interesting that the final vote tally went along original tribe lines with the exception of Randy. And I absolutely do not believe he chose Bob over Susie because of cookie gate. He couldn't bring himself to vote for her because of exactly what he said at TC: He couldn't believe she was in F3 and he was in the jury. I'd have thought that Bob knowingly fooling him over the idol when they were allies would have been a whole lot worse than susie telling Bob about the cookies and saying "It's just a cookie." And whether or not the gameplay was of high caliber, at least every one of the three got to F3 by doing something right: Sugar with some wheeling and dealing, Bob as Mr. Immunity and Sue as flipping strategically and winning two important immunities as well. Well done, MESSErs. Over and out till February.

That's often who survives in life at the office, in the boardroom and in politics. You could see the disappointment on her face when Matty lost the fire challenge. Who I am upset with is the editors. Once again, they don't know how to tell the story of a woman who plays under-the-radar who doesn't make snarky comments to the camera. Danni's confessionals ended up on the Insider, but Susie got nothing all season. People would ask, "what does Susie think"? Why not cut to Susie telling us what she thinks? I still like Sugar, and the publicity from this show will be good for her. She looked gorgeous on the reunion show. I agree her decision was more Lil and MamaKim than Colby. Tina gets some credit for having Colby wrapped around her finger. She is an emotional person, but if she had a little distance from her father's passing, she might have used her great tactical sensibilities to advance her own case in the game. My husband was watching and saying OMG she is shooting herself in the foot and I replied back, you know what? I don't think she gave a shit whatsoever. I agree Coach, Sugar looked beautiful at the finale. In fact, I would say as a whole, most of the cast ended up looking okay to me. Most of the time I wonder how many super sizes they bought between the show and the finale or (in the case of the women) look so ridiculously painted that they looked better on the show.

Corrine is a sociopathic twunt, Charlie is a hanger on, Mattie has entitlement issues, même-chose Kenny, Marcus is a narcissist, Randy is just plain anti-social probably stemming from rejection issues, and Sugar is still mourning her Dad. The only well adjusted mature adults were Bob, Crystal and Susie. Go figure.

I really wonder how this would have played out with a 30-year-old Bob. You'd have to think he'd be even better at the physical aspects of challenges. Would he be just as good at other aspects of the game, or did that extra 17 years of experience give him the crucial edge? Or would people's perceptions of him from the start been more in line with his actual abilities, rather than dismissing him as the groggy old man?

The way the production schedule would have played out, there would not have been room for another boot. (And what sane producer would intentionally create a Jury of 8? )
