Spoiler [+] Tool Academy Tool Busted -- Bothered Non-Tools Posted Oct 24th 2009 10:01AM by TMZ Staff One of the tools from "Tool Academy" was allegedly being such a drunken, massive tool at a bar in Arizona this morning that his toolish behavior landed him in the slammer. Cops tell TMZ Tyler Synon -- one of the "stars" on season two of the VH1 reality show -- was arrested at Martini Bay inside the Queens Bay Resort in Lake Havasu at 1:47 AM. According to the police report, the "intoxicated" unemployed 22-year-old "had been having an issue with another group of guests" and was asked to leave. Synon allegedly "took a swing" at the employee who asked him to get out, then "hit a wall and a sign" as he was exiting the bar, causing damage to both. Tyler was arrested for misdemeanor charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct. Instead of bail, Tyler has to pay $900 in fines ... $500 up front to get out of jail and the rest within three days. And here's the best part: Before we got the mug shots, we asked the arresting officer how he knew Tyler was from "Tool Academy" ... and he said it was because he had a huge Tool Academy tattoo on his leg. Yeah. UPDATE: Tyler gave us the following statement: "I just got out of jail, I don't like the feeling, the tool is out of his cage and back on the prowl. I'm glad to be out it was a stupid reason, hitting the sign! There were 5 guards trying to hold me down but I'm a beast, they tried to tackle me, I tried to get them off of me." Anyone who thinks that Charm should have stayed 'til F3 is obviously either retarded, or just rooting for him because he is black. Saying that Stew is a " hillbilly piece of white trash" is apparently acceptable. That means I can call Charm a stereotypical violent piece of shit n1gger, right? Stew has ruined his chances of winning, but Charm is one of the most despicable people on reality TV. I would like for him and KiKi from RCOL to hook up. If Charm was so great, maybe he could do better than a boring fat white chick.

I think they should have given us are final two this week and expelled both charm and stew. they could have had it be a cliff hanger for next weeks episode..get rid of charm first, then say something like "but we still have unfinished business", then at the start of next weeks episode tell stew that he also no longer deserves to be here and is expelled. Tyler and T-shaw have to fuck up really bad next week for stew to make final two. even if stew does good in therapy and wins the challenge next week he still should be the one to go because one challenge shouldnt determine making it to the final two in this type of competition.

Stew hasn't done anything any worse than at least half the Tools in the past. Did they ask the other guys if the money was more important than fixing their relationship? Because I bet a lot of them would definitely feel that way. Not to mention the fact that Stew is fucking broke, he apparently lives with Amanda and her parents. He might feel like he needs to money so they can get a place of their own and work on it from there.

And judging from the fact that mostly since the exposing of Flavor Flav being totally checked out by the beginning of Flavor of Love 2, not ONE of these people on these VH1 shows are even TRYING to attempt to fake it for the camera time, nor do the editors really care anymore outside of writing storylines to these mere characters.

Why not just go off what we know to be true based on his own comments and actions? His actions show that he cares more a bout the competition than amanda (this past challenge was a great example of this when he wouldnt listen to her or feel for her etc) AND his comments back it up. We also have behind the scenes clips on the vh1 website that add even more proof of this. Him being broke is also his own fault. Amanda asked him about him saying that he wants the money more and he said if he won the money that would mean he still wouldnt have to get a job anytime soon, not so they can get a place of their own and work on it like you said. He's lazy and doesnt want to work. When it comes down to it its about progression. Tyler and T-shaw have progressed much more than him and have not been in danger of being sent out as much as him. As far as the comment about charm should have went along time ago...there were always people taht did worse than charm and even though trina decides who goes , production probably determines how many she can send out. THere are rules she probably has to follow. So even if she wanted to get rid of charm she may not have been allowed to.

SHe is going by individual lesson performance rather than overall performance. Meaning you could be doing better than everyone there, but if you bomb a lesson and everyone does better than you at that lesson you could be gone no matter how well you were doing overall. This would explain how john, mike , dre p and frank all left before charm. Charm was doing the worst overall, but in the lessons that those guys failed he did a tiny bit better than them. There is speculation that tyler is the next one gone (which sucks since hes been doing the best). How could this happen to the ONLY guy in the final three to have never fallen into the bottom three. Stews been there atleast four time and t-shaw has been there once. This same guy (tyler) is the guy whose name has been called first ( ie. top of the class) the most this season! Its simple how he can be gone next: Tyler does the worst in the next challenge and everything he has done up to this point doesnt matter. It sucks but based on the preview(his head in his hands while stew and t-shaw look over at him) and the siloutte walking to the door it looks like tyler goes next.

The only negative thing he got was the name calling revelation and I dont really see that as reason why he wouldnt win because it was something in the past that he did taht he is now working on. Its not like hes saying that hes going to continue to do it. The whole apologizing to sheas mother and the mother giving him a hug was a huge positive edit because he ended on a good note whearas stu ended with trina saying hes immature and wont take the conversation with the family seriously. He also got a postiive edit with the pigs. Wheras t-shaw got little pig airtime and stew got negative pig airtime. Tyler FTW still! But t-shaw would be good too!

I was happy when Tiny Tool and Miss Piggy won last year, but both of these guys suck and I just can't get behind either of them. T Shawn is probably going to win, but everything he says and does comes off as completely fake. I guess I should admire the fact that he's smart enough to realize this is the easiest reality show in history to get to the end on as long a you just bullshit a lot. I still can't believe how much some of the guys sabotaged themselves like Stew.

Tyler has been more consistent, has never been in the bottom 3, has been the guy called first the most this season. He also won two challenges and came in second place on two more. Whether or not challenge performance will come into play i dont know.
