I think Scott was offended and hurt that HatchettHorseface didn't go to his birthday party because she didn't come to him and say sorry I can't go, I really need money, blah blah blah.. and whatever. I think he just wanted her to be sincere and come to him and explain things.. maybe he did consider her a close and good enough friend to be hurt by it.
And Scott should have never given that idiot that money, she should have went home or begged MTV for an advance or some shit. The part that bothered me the most in this episode is when she said "I'm post operative and I can't make ends meet" wtf was that supposed to mean? why mention being post operative? It isn't holding her back, If you can still touch yourself while dancing in a cage and swing on every pole you see, you could cook burgers too..
