The difference is that they are cut down due to double boots, injuries (if there's not an entire episode devoted to them like Mike/Bruce), or a final three if there's 5 people in the finale. Gabon has been much better than any other 18 people season in my opinion, but every 19-20 (and a few 18) characters have been shafted so much it's not even funny. Hell, even in a 16 person season (Exile Island), three people were totally ignored. If three are ignored in a 16 person season, think of how many can be when more people are casted. |

People get way too stuck on the number thing instead of just judging the season for how it is. 20 people or 10, Micronesia was the best season ever and to
complain about cast size is just asinine

Who said I was complaining about cast size? I'm complaining about the fact that the majority of the fans (and even some of the faves) were completely
ignored because the producers had to shove the favorites (especially Cirie, Parv, and Ozzy) down our throats. Natalie talked a total of one time in her
confessional all the way up til Jason's boot.

I was talking to the other guy complaining about cast size too. I don't think ignoring people is bad at all. I wish we could ignore some people a lot more.
I still liked Micronesia way better than all the other seasons ignoring people or not. I don't think it matters

alexis and natalie wanted to go to final 3 with erik and i dont think that he wouldve lost that final ICSorry, those two would have rightfully been the final two barring an immunity win from whichever one out of Erik/Parv ended up in the final three. (I think it would have been Erik, but they might have gotten rid of him if he lost the final 4 IC for being a jury threat. We'll never know.) girl. I would prefer certain people not be cast in each season. Except with 20 sometimes that usually increases the chances that I'll find somebody in
there that I like and can root for. There have been some casts where I could care less about and wish I could replace the whole group

I don't think Micronesia would be better if Alexis got more screentime, and I don't think Gabon is amazing because Susie has gotten two more
confessionals than she would have otherwise had. People who fade into the background will do so in any season, and increasing their chance for face time
wouldn't increase my enjoyment of the show.

Of course it won't, but it leads to boring episodes. Take Cook Islands for example. Did we really care when Cecelia, Stephannie, Rebecca, Jenny, etc. went
home? No, because we never knew them.

impact.
