I smoke out of boredom / waiting for the bus / to get away from morons in class average maybe 2 a week. never crave, go weeks without wanting one. I smoke Azn's Choice Belmonts. I don't like king size. I find coffee + cigarette + crisp Autumn day to be heavenly. The slight nausea from smoking wakes me up better than coffee. AM i going to d. d...d ddd... die???

I vowed NEVER again and I will not break my word to my husband and especially my kids I'm never going to sleep tonight on prednisone, am I? Shout out to all the nurses in OT...mine were seriously some of the best I've ever had. One told me she quit smoking last year, but her 95 yr old grandmother who lives with her still smokes. Her words "good for her as long as she does it outside cuz at 95 she earned the right to die of whatever she wants" Oh and if anyone in a hospital gown wants to do ABG blood draw...say NO....I cried like a damn baby

How many days were you on it before you quit? I will admit I wanted to smoke less, but I set a goal at day 7, and just couldn't do it Congratulations to you!
