Shane -- who should have left right after the first merge, IMO -- would never have voted Aras (this is why he voted Danielle). Aras may have beat Cirie, too, by pulling the "respect my athleticism" card, but IMO, would have lost to Terry: Sally, Austin, Shane, Danielle, and possibly either Bruce or Courtney would have gone Terry. And he was definitely not central to Casaya post-merge. This is why people like Courtney and Shane were gunning for him, and even Dani was on the fence. Numbers are all that mattered after Austin and Sally were booted. Aras was by no means central to their survival. What was the confirmation on Cirie v. Aras? Just curious. |

Austin-likely vote for Aras
Sally- likely vote for Cirie Bruce-vote for Cirie Courtney-likely vote for Aras Shane-vote for Aras(confirmed) Danielle-vote for Cirie Terry-vote for Aras If Aras had voted out Cirie at f4 like he was "supposed to", he would of lost her vote. |

"likely"(in your opinion) votes=/= Aras would have definitely won. Cirie would have gotten Terry and Austin's vote for sure, and quite possibly Courtney's. |

Novaya, I asked Shane directly in Marlboromediums thread right there on the first page, and he said he would have voted for Aras over Cirie
CSC, likely means 99% sure. Austin and Aras were very close, Courtney is an emotional player, and Terry wouldn't vote for Cirie over a strong guy in a million years. |

I don't buy that Shane confirmation. It sounds like revisiting history. He was dead-set on knocking out the Golden Boy Aras in-game.
It sounds to me more like "Now that I watched the show and see that Cirie masterminded the vote against me, I'd vote Aras." It's kinda like with this season of Gabon where Randy is all "I thought MATTY voted out Ace -- because Sugar was so obviously a stupid coattail rider in-game -- but now I know it was really Sugar who did! What a bitch! I respect Matty more now!" |

Same goes for Danni (although I don't think she played Rafe as much as everyone says. Then agan, I'm the only one who thinks Rafe voting out Lydia was a good move since it assured Steph taking him to the finals had she won) Jenna, on the other hand, is easily the worst winner ever barring that Cook Islands never happened. She may have had a great social game that we never saw, but even so, she was carried by Heidi throughout the game and only made the finals because of two immunity wins. She freaking gave up her final 2 alliance the first chance she had by telling Dave. If Dave and Roger weren't so stupid, then Jenna is in alot of trouble later in the game and would have to cling to somebody else. I do give her a little credit for the two majority alliances she put herself in (although I think Heidi did more on their original tribe), but even when she knew Christy was getting votes from the guys, she didn't try to bring her over to force a tie to take majority (and it wouldn't even have been a tie since Butch voted for Heidi). Matthew will always be the true winner of Amazon. With that said, Yul is by far the worst winner ever. He did bring over Flicka and Cao Boi on Raro to save Becky, but that's it. Without the idol, he's in 9th place. Without the late merge/double boot, he's 10th place. Without the final three, he's in 3rd place with Becky winning (which would have been awesome.) Without the mutiny, he's in even deeper shit when Jonathan and Candice flip at the merge instead of during the tribal stage. There was no reason why he should have won the game. Then he even copies Chris by bringing back Jonathan's hat. |

novaya wrote: Really? Randy said out there that he respected Matty more. I don't think Shane is revising history. Based on what we saw and what Bobby wrote in his Sucks thread, Shane took what he said very seriously. He wanted to boot Aras in the game because of an agreement that that would happen if an unexpected variable(Terry) arrived. |

Video doesn't work but I would probably say Ethan, Amber or Aras.

You mean during reunion? THAT was revisionist, perhaps because he knew Cirie was so popular. The general public wants such simple answers to things, and the
simple answer was that Terry was best followed by Cirie. That may be true, but the fact is that they both lost and Aras won. To further add insult to injury,
Aras likely would of won over Cirie anyway. I respect Cirie, but the more I hear about her, the more emotional and less strategic she seems to be.

Ugh. Mentioning Panama and the Cooks just reminds me of how much I loathed the HII in both seasons. I'm so glad they have the current system for
it instead.

Yul convinced Jonathan to make an irrational move, solidfied the Aitu alliance so it would never budge, mitigated his threat status, and a plethora of other
things. Read the Winners Analysis thread, RR was Yuls biggest defender.

Love him, nice guy -but Ethan was horrendous. Outback and Africa practically became mathematical problems with the previous votes and he put himself in
several bad predicaments that he got out of based on none of his game play.
At least jenna and vecepia had stumbling blocks that were beyond their control that they had to overcome -Ethan was practically thowing his game away. (I'm probably the only person that thinks he played better in All-stars.) |

More like threatened Jonathan with the HII, and solidified the Aitu 4? I think that was infered by all 4 of them.
