Here are pictures of the four idols: Bob's new fake(?) idol (clearly beads and not seeds, or at least the ones that aren't white are beads): Sugar's real HII: Bob's first fake idol: The idol Marcus threw into the sea: Not ONE of them is the same, so it is clearly new footage with a new idol. If that IS the real idol that Marcus stole from the bottle and hid, that might actually explain how Bob knew what design to use to make his fake idol. If it's real, he had already seen it with his eyes, so he fashioned his fake one after it. Hmmmm.....

It really did look real... but didn't we see the actual idol that no one took during the fake-merge feast? That idol and the one in the new commercial weren't the same, were they?

They would have the footage, but it would be impossible to tell what Marcus did with the waves, Marcus turned around, and no cameras facing the beach. As far as if Marcus told Bob about it, that is something that is quizzical as to why they didn't show that (unless it was during some random chat out on the lake before TC). IF Marcus actually had the HII, he was confident enough not to take it to TC because he was sure that Crystal would vote out Kenny or someone else other than him.

If Bob's gift of a fake idol to Randy changes the season and gets him and/or Corinne to the final three, this season will officially be hilarious and amazing.
