After this "ghostly message", the rest of the night was uneventful.

Day 39

Special Competition: "Numb3rs"



Thingamajig and CatLurvesDorothy, as part of the Head of Household Competition, both of you now have the chance to compete for a Secret Power. The Secret Power will only be revealed to the person that wins this competition.


This competition is called "Numb3rs" and it will test your arithmetic skills and your mental calculation speed.


On my go, you will race to the Lobby, where you will find 5 numbers shown on the Plasma TV Screen. Using the first 4 numbers, any of the 4 mathematical operations, and brackets if necessary, formulate an equation that equals the fifth number. Once you think you have the answer, you must ring the bell situated in the centre of the Lobby and then write your answer on the chalkboard provided. If you are correct, you will receive 1 point. There are 7 questions in total, so the first person to get 4 points, or the person with the most points after 7 questions wins this Special Power. If none of you get the answer by 10 minutes, Big Brother will provide both of you with a hint. If none of you get the answer by 15 minutes, we will move on to the next question.
