My MIL (well, one of them) thinks she's the greatest cook, but I swear she botches everything she makes. She always wants to put some sort of weird spin on
stuff............... One year we were invited over for a holiday dinner that involved chicken pot pie....WITH CINNAMON AND SWEET POTATOES. :spits:

ps: i just put three pumpkin cheesecakes in the oven. we have a saint amongst us= smrtass has been peeling me off the ceiling all week over the recipe and my no bake experience! so far, so good. but, i hate baking |

I lived on pot pies in college and pancakes and popcorn
pot pies were 5/$1 and we'd buy 25# bags of ww flour for the pancakes - didn't have syrup 'cause we were too poor and ramen noodles didn't exist back then |
