"It's just a f*cking stick" is still the best line from them all, if not from the best episode...

Of the episodes where it comes into play (or should have) at TC:
1. Edgardo blindside 2. Gary plays the idol 3. James doesn't play the idols 4. Bob gives Randy the fake idol 5. "It's a fucking stick!" 6. Jason doesn't play the idol 7. Yau-man plays it 8. Jaime's fake idol 9. Amanda plays it 10. Ozzy doesn't play the idol (I'm not including Earl playing his idol since it was an insignificant part of the Fiji finale and only done because it was the last round to play it) |

I rather enjoyed Gary Hogeboom playing the idol.

Tonight was pretty good but Sugar needs to actually get some game if she wants any chance to win

She says in a video on CBS that she is gunning for 2nd place because she knows Ken will win it. But tonight's tribal is the MOST entertaining tribal of ALL TIME and most SATISFYING. Other most satisfying include Lisi's boot, Candice's boot and Fairplay's boot. |

I didn't think it was possible, but I actually enjoyed Randy/Corinne's depantsing last night even more than Alex/Edgardo's. I think it had
something to do with the universal glee from the second Randy pulled out the fake idol. Don't get me wrong - I didn't hate Randy. I appreciated his
misanthropy and pettiness. But he totally had that shit coming, and it was sweet.

Amanda's idol usage is easily the best. My list would be...
1. Amanda idols Alexis 2. Ozzy blindside 3. Edgardo blindside 4. James blindside 5. Randy thinks the idol is real 6. Yau-Man idols Stacy 7. Gary uses the idol 8. Jason blindside 9. Jaime uses the fake idol 10. Eliza uses the fake idol (but I don't consider "it's a fucking stick" for this ranking...that's something else |

1. Edguardo blindside. Best reactions ever.
2. Ozzy doesn't play the idol. 3. Amanda idolizes Alexis. Best thing Manhanda ever did. 4. Randy plays a fake idol. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. 5.Jamie plays a fake idol. I don't care what she says. she didn't have a clue. 6. "Its just a fucking stick!" Caused everyone to find out about Ozzy's idol, which was significant. 7. Gary plays the idol. Great moment. 8. Jason doesn't play the idol. 9. James doesn't play the idols. 10. Yau idolizes Stacy. |

Jame's dual HII blind side and the Randy one was made complete by Crystal's confessional.

solesurvivor01 wrote:Uh, what? The question was about the episode, and I'm pretty sure that was in it. About Alexis's boot, really, I don't care how much you liked Amanda, the episode was terrible. I don't think I've ever said that about a family visit. Oh yeah, because we saw about 10 seconds of them swimming...that was it. James then left in the least emotional medivac ever, then we get 10 minutes of Amanda searching for the idol. Then she gets back to camp...and it's the same thing of her digging. Add the fact that it's obvious she found it due to the "suspenseful" editing. Oh, Alexis had gotten 0 screen time *cough* because she was leaving due to a twist so the editors couldn't have the audience like her and get mad when she left *cough* meaning no one gave a shit about her. You cannot care about a blindside if you don't like/hate/feel anything about the person leaving. Sure, Amanda yelled at Erik for no reason at TC, then she acted like she didn't have the idol. Oh wow...exciting stuff. Then again, it's Amanda, a favorite, knocking out a "retarded fan" who, of course, didn't do anything because the favorites DOMINATED the game. Amanda made a ton of strategic decisions during Micronesia like finding the idol and putting Ozzy's dick in her mouth, so we have to love her. Wow, how was she my favorite during China? ETA- Sorry about the rant. A little tired of hearing how Micronesia was the best season ever and how the fans were all morons just because the editing said so.

Even though Randy was my favorite person this season, that was absolutely hilarious, one of the funniest Survivor moments ever. The clear #1 idol moment for
me!

It SUCKED. No idol moment is amusing at all, perhaps that is why I like Panama so much.

Didn't find the Randy boot all that funny...more of a prank than anything...James sitting on two idols still takes the prize...

Merely wrote: From Worst to Best:::: 6. "It's just a stick!", because even though retarded Jason was tricked by retarded Ozzy, the end result was Eliza going home, making that a very sad episode for me. 5. Jamie's fake hidden immunity. Similar situation here, because I also liked Jaime. She was the leader of John-Who? and FeiLong knew it. It is somewhat entertaining, because people still like to debate whether she knew it was fake or not. She did, in fact, know it was fake. 4. Ozzy's blindside. Meh, it was ok. It was nice seeing Ozzy being arrogant, only to have one of his close friends own the heck out of him. Then seeing Amanda boohoo over it, yet do nothing was even better. 3. James and his two idols. Sorry, but I hated James in China, I really did. lol He was so strategically dumb, and not even "that" nice of a guy. When you're as big as James, have two idols, and it's gotten to a point where physical threats are usually a top priority, it's probably a safe bet to use one of your idols. On top of that, had James used the idol that round, he would have had a shot at winning the next IC. If not, use another idol. Win the next IC. James had it easy to the end game, and he blew it. He was just absolutely retarded. No one's going to hint at a guy who has two idols that he's going home (even though PGessus should have). Ugh, I'm just so happy that Amanda owned his ass to the maximum. 2. Edgardo fakeout. This was an incredible episode. Even though I loved Edguardo, the episode was strategically intense (the way I like it), and the fate of the rest of the episode depended on this crucial vote out. The 4 Horsemen were for sure going to dominate the rest of the game if it weren't for ultimate loose cannon Dreamz. The shock on the 4 Horsemen's face was PRICELESS (imagines Visa commercial). And to think...you have hot bitch Stacy to thank for Ed's boot. 1. Randy's fake hidden immunity. By far by far by far the most entertaining HII episode BY FAR, because he was basically humiliated by the entire tribe. Too bad Sugar couldn't keep from literally rolling on the floor laughing or else Randy might had thought it was a ral idol! While each of these are humiliating stories, this one is the best, because it couldn't have happened to a more worthy person. Combine that with the overall entertainment value of the episode, and you've got a done deal. I think it's fair to also include discussion on other HII episodes like Gary playing his and totally calling Judd out.... Judd: "I'm not a liar man, I've never lied this entire game man." Gary: "You told us to look high in the sky for the HII, but I found it on the ground." Judd: "I'm not a liar man, I've kept my principals the entire game man." *awkward silence* Judd: "Man I lied, but everyone's lied in this game man, it's just a game." Also...waits for Sugar to be blindsided. |

Thailandsurvivor wrote:I have to admit, I hated Amanda before that episode, but I did appreciate the way she handled it...but ultimately what I really liked was seeing Alexis go, especially with her fake diplomacy ("We love Amanda so much but she's such a huge threat, I'm sorry!"). The Ozzy boot never did it for me outside of the last 20 minutes or so--I actually thought the bulk of the episode, with the Amanda/Erik/Jason/Ozzy reward and the stupid crossing fingers at the immunity challenge was kind of weak, although it was an awesome blindside. (Either way it's always good to know that at least one other Suckster isn't drinking the Micronesia Kool-Aid) |

Micronesia is terribly cold to me. It is the first season where the show focused primarily on game dynamics and not the people, as if the castaways were
products of the game. It was a little creepy how little we get to know them.
