my list is correct. I want to throw Girls Aloud "Tangled Up" on the list even though that technically came out in 2007 because it is just so awesome
and i listened to that one mroe than anything else in 2008.
Basically, Girls Aloud rules over every stupid hipster indie Pitchfork-endorsed BS that people want to pretend they enjoy. |

After its initial release over the summer through emusic (yay emusic discoveries!), this was rereleased just this week after the artist was finally signed to a
label.
Check out "The Shaded Forests." In a just world, it would be a huge pop hit. |

i agree that vampire weekend were massively overhyped, but to me its been a pretty weak year for music and so they deserve to be mentioned.
