Got the call. Went well. Talked for about 20 minutes. She said she was shocked to hear I called, heart sank, but that she was happy that I did. Heart started
again. Literally, my heart stopped and then went supersonic in one sentence. Just that one sentence though.
We talked about her new job, our pets, general free flowing chit chat. Coffee tonight (not at Timmy's) and I will pretend to like coffee. Would ordering tea be too effete? |
