Deena's luxury item was a balloon?

I have a few:
1. WHY did they design the F3 IC in Panama EI so that Danielle would win? Surely they realized that it would have been better tv for an endurance showdown between Aras and Terry. 2. Judging from post-show interviews and posts at Sucks, there was clearly a cunty mean side of Amanda, so how come they never showed it on the show? Like, ever? 3. What exactly are the stipends for the third, fourth, fifth, etc place finishers? I know you get 10k just to show up to the reunion. |

Clearly they wanted the Aras/Terry F2 they were never going to get, but Danielle winning that challenge negated any slim chance that either Aras or Terry would be retarded and bring the other to the finals. Not that I mind that Danielle won it - it was hysterical to watch her freaking out over her choices. |

And seeing her cast a vote for "Terri" was also pretty awesome (especially when you look back and remember the challenges where his name was clearly
labeled for all the Survivors to see).

What the hell? Why are there so many people (or any at all) supporting the notion that a 20 people season was ever a good idea? There is no reason, and I mean no reason to bring more people other than the fact that they wanted the ridiculous twist in Palau. For Cook Islands, I don't see why they couldn't have had 4 tribes of 4 again and just keep them together. Oh wait, yeah, I do. It's because they didn't make the tribes equal to start off with original Hiki standing no chance compared to the others. I don't understand how it is a good idea to completely erase 90% of what happened by focusing on only 3 or 4 castaways and hiding the rest of being shown on TV. Sure, it may make a good storyline, but Survivor is not a movie. For someone to get treated like Rebecca did is awful. |

But China's final four reward challenge THEN a final three made one of the worst episodes of all time. That should probably go in a different thread...although I'm still not sure why they've kept the final three after Fiji's blowout. We know that it was invented because of Terry, but I don't think we've ever been told why it's stayed other than "It makes the game more exciting". |

Why have the luxury items been abandoned? It was so nice to see a random polar bear plushie lying around in the middle of the Amazon. Too bad.

For someone to get treated like Rebecca did is awful.True. How much would it suck to stay out there 25 days, make it to the Jury, and then over 10 whole episodes only have about five confessionals, most of those being just in the first two episodes, and none on your boot episode. She must have been at home with her family going, "Look, there I am! See, in the background behind Parvati and Jonathan and Candice?" |

Rebecca isn't boring at all either. If anyone saw the day she co-hosted the View, you would have a different opinion on her. I think she was ignored since
she wasn't part of the whole "OMG 4 vs 8 HOW INCREDIBLE" storyline.

A bigger cast gives us the editors a chance to ignore boring castaways without having to give everybody airtime regardless of whether they bring anything entertaining to the show or not |
