"Lifeforce", as much as I love the movie, has to be the most outrageous "What the fuck?!" film in
the history of science fiction. It's like they tried to cram four different styles of movie into one and expect you to make sense of it all, though I guess
this is part of its charm.
Anyone who has ever watched Lucio Fulci's horror flick "City of the Living Dead" will come away begging for someone else who's seen the film to explain exactly what just took place over the course of 90 minutes or so. More than likely, that person will just shrug. As for "No Country for Old Men", the movie itself seemed to follow a basic logic. That ending, however, pretty much looked like some guy just got up and hit "Stop" on the DVD player.

I am confused about something that happened in "Goodfellas" and no one has been able to help me. There is one point in the movie where Jimmy (DeNiro)
wants to whack Morty (Morty the wig guy). JImmy says something to Henry like , "How much do you think Morty tells his wife?" And then Henry realizes
Jimmy wants to kill him. In the voice over, Henry (Liotta) says "Now I have to figure out how to keep Jimmy from whacking Morty." Jimmy later changes
his mind, and Henry is relived. I could never figure out WHY Henry gave a shit if Morty got whacked and WHY he would have to talk Jimmy out of killing him?
Morty gets killed later and he doesn't care. He wasn't in any dope deals with Morty or anything. Anyone?

My friends really wanted to see The Chronicles of Riddick one day. I have no idea why, because I heard it was a shitty movie. It was so damn confusing and
pointless. I don't know why I subjected myself to it.

Why would anyone want to work for Joker in "Dark Knight?
Is Arnold really dreaming in "Total Recall"? Why in the hell they changed the ending for "I am Legend"? Also, why can't deers become darkstalkers or hemocytles? |
