I think the most endearing moment would be Sugar giving away her immunity idol or someone giving away individual immunity. I just don't think its
something like a marriage proposal..but i could be wrong.

I was going to say that. Maybe Matty proposes and maybe the GF is pregnant and although that is very sweet, it cannot possibly be the most endearing moment in the history of Survivor!Maybe not, but you have to look at it from CBS's perspective. 1) Matty is the token alpha male this season and probably the most popular with casual viewers at this point. Probst obviously has a hard on for him and whoever Probst has a hard on for, the audience as well. 2) It's their 17th season and they're desperate to hype the slightest thing. Just like "The biggest betrayal" or some shit in Fiji. Was it really that big of a deal? |

I do believe Matty is the one that will be doing proposing to his g/f.
If you look on Jeff's preview video u can make out a ring on her finger.. ( maybe the one he has been making? ) and as for Crystal if you look at how she is hugging her family member she is not leaning into him.. she is in fact keeping a distance from him. My thinking is if she was in love she would be hugging him a bit tighter.. Just my thoughts.. Thanks for letting me state them here.. |

I would have to give the most endearing moment was the ashes thing done by Sugar. But I think Jeff is thinking Matty's proposal. I dunno. I just felt some
more emotion with the spreading of the ashes. The Matty thing was cute too.

They were both emotion filled, and ya, think this was the most outflowing of emotion, overall, for a family visit.

Yea, for me, I'd say the ash spreading was more endearing.. It was a touching moment placed perfectly to the music and Sugar's confessionals about
it... really brought a tear to my eye.

Ashes for me too. Was I the only one who thought the proposal was super lame? For having it in the promos, it turned out pretty lame for me.

Definitely the ashes. Sugar's story this season has been endearing all around. I think the ashes was a great addition to her story. Now we only need a good
ending...like a check for $1,000,000.

Maybe I'm just bitter and jaded about love but Matty proposing to his girlfriend was not "the most endearing moment in Survivor history". It was
cute, sweet even, but that's it. Sugar spreading her father's ashes over the lake tugged at my heartstrings though
