This young black muslim kid was walking to his home on Staten Island when 4 white guys jump out of a car and and beat him up with a baseball bat. The men don't say any racist names, but shouted "Obama" repeatedly. This crime is being investigated as a hate crime.

A horrible crime. 4 Camp Pendleton marines break into the house and of their Sergeant, robbing him, raping his wife, torturing and killing the interracial couple. The motive is claimed to be robbery, but the facts indicate a personal motive. Many people, including the families are saying that the motive may be hate.

Last June, transgendered Duanna Johnson was beaten by police in the police station. The beating was videotaped. The policemen who beat her were fired and Duanna filed a lawsuit against the Dept for $1.3 million. Duanna was recently murdered. Her killers have not been captured and no motive is given for her death.
