Buffy is seriously one of the best shows ever on TV. It had some rough spots but it was so intelligently written and it's so damn quotable.

Julie/Julia project and she's a big Buffy fan and managed to get a book deal, work for Bon Appetit and an appearance on the judge's panel on Iron Chef out fo it. i wish she was still writing it |

Is it something guys would enjoy, too? If not, I'll still watch it, but I'm debating whether or not it can take the place of "Six Feet
Under". (FINALLY almost done with re-watching that series).

The supernatural theme was how Buffy writers conveyed their ideas, in a metaphorical fashion. It's heart breaking, and managed to show characters in a
realistic fashion in a very unrealistic setting. I wasn't even a big fan of Angel and the whole vampire-romance angle, but the show caught my imagination
from the beginning.

I like True Blood but it has a ways to go before it's as good as Buffy. Battlestar Galactia is good too.
