All I can say is that Marcus got greedy. He should've offered up Suzie as a sacrificial lamb to Crystal and Kenny. She was a shit ally anyways. Then it would still be Kota with a 5-4 lead overall. But instead he decided to save himself AND try to take an oppurtunity to further his Kota 6. That was his fatal mistake. Long term planning is good and all but when your ass is on the line, you need to keep it on hold for now and do whatever you need to make sure you're still there after tribal council.

Let me correct you there, please if I may with all due respect. Marcus is equivalent to that chick in the Color Purple who forced Oprha Winfrey how to teach her to drive. He won't ever understand just what a prick he is, what with all his nifty good intentions and his high road bullshit. He didn't want to win for the $$, he wanted to win for the bragging rights and to show the world that you can be a philanthropist and win a devious game with your integrity still in your backpack. I think Fuck You Marcus said it best in this forum.

I saw that last night and I was like "God, what the hell is he talking about?" You know, let me just point out -- and I love Dan because I argued for him for the longest time to hope that he could come to an understanding -- *but to be young, good looking and athletic in our group of people and to still* get voted off before Susie** takes an amazing amount of effort. And I hate that, because I love that Dan is really taking his life into his own hands, it's a super important thing. Marcus implied that Susie's old, unattractive and not athletic. Picking on a 47 year-old woman is hitting below the belt.
