Just missing out on the list __________________ Bleach Narupio Bubblesaur George Jetson 10.Penelope Pitstop In a slight shoutout to my other ongoing list, which i'm yet to finish, here is the most chaste goddess of the cartoon world. Penelope Pitstop, 16 time winner of Wacky Races and long time gofo of Peter Perfect. But I assure you, she is a chaste angel, who never did anything more than ride in his Turbo Terrific 09.

BTW:I had wacky races action figures, they were epic. But they never had the haunted house car, which made me angerrryyy. Since they were my favo.

I hear it in my head so clearly and its basically awesome. Does anyone remember on tgif they used to have the preview show once a year for the cartoons on One Saturday Morning? TV used to be so awesome....kids these days are deprived.

Actually I'm watching Recess right now. They should start putting Pepper Ann episodes on the Disney Channel. I would watch them. Anyway Pepper Ann being on this list is like really awesome. LJGALOC. Louie just gained a lot of credibility.

I think my favorite episode has to be when Spinelli enters the beauty pageant against all the other Ashleys and wins. Scandalous! The Ashleys were always my favorite characters. What made them more amusing to me was that I knew a bunch of Ashleys who hung out together, partly because they liked that they all shared the same name. Pepper Ann was great too.

The Diggers Do you know how much more fun I would have had at Recess if I could have just brought a shovel and digged as far as I could? I would have had a tunnel escaping the school done by December. You have to give these two kudos, while everyone else was always off with their zany adventures, the diggers were focused, they had a goal...and that was to dig. And nothing ever deterred them. I have no doubt they went on to be very sucessful archeologists or highway workers or something.
