29. Kidoumaru






Finishing off the last of the Sound Nin 4 is Kidoumaru. He's supposed to be the 2nd strongest I think, but to me he seemed like the strongest. He seemed to have crazy abilities stacked upon crazy abilities, but he happened to be matched up against the worst kind of opponent: Prodigy Neji with a bloodline limit almost perfectly suited to beat somebody like him. Pretty good power and design but as an enemy I didn't care for him as much as any of the Konoha ninjas or the more fleshed out villains

28. Jiraiya





This might be controversial. At this point I really like all the characters so it gets hard. Jiraiya is pretty cool I guess, but I'm just really tired of the whole talented pervert fool type of character. They have them everywhere like Bleach and stuff. The thing that bugged me was how useless Jiraiya seemed in the fight against Orochimaru. I know he was drugged by Tsunade but that is no excuse. First of all how does a trained Sannin ninja like him fall for such a trick? Then he is at mercy against Orochimaru and I was really unimpressed with him for a long time. In Shippudden though, he is a lot cooler in his fight against Pain. I like all the other characters better though

27. Zaku Abumi





He was a filler enemy, but I really didn't think of that way because he was pretty dang cool! Zaku had a cool air blast ability and arguably had the coolest ability of the Sound Nin trio. I ranked him lower than the others despite this because Kin is good looking and Dosu was stronger. He made for a good villain to dislike though with his arrogance, and seemed strong enough to be threatening. The funniest thing was when he got this big backstory making me think he was a more important character than he ended up turning out to be, and then is beat within minutes by Shino during the Chuunin Exam. He also was Sasuke's punching bag. At this point though I think all the remaining people are very cool, so #27 is nothing to be ashamed of
