What's your routine? Are you an addict? How's the bod looking?
Are there any hotties at the gym you'd like to tell us about? Me: 3-4 times a week, mostly aerobic stuff. I try to fit in a bit of weights each time. |

Not everyday (4 out of 7).
Mon-Thurs on the treadmill each morning before work. I also skip eating and walk during my lunch break. (but I'm a total sloth on Friday, Saturday, and especially Sunday). |
