see the gameshow 21 in the '50's). Every challenge and twist is planned out before the game begins. Or have you not ever watched any of the Insider
clips that show you the production camp - including the whiteboards with all the challenges layed out?
And Jeff's questions? Again - if you know anything of the background of Survivor, you would know that Jeff watches the dailies to see what's going on - so he CAN ask questions that put people on the spot. Read up on Survivor production before you start spouting that producers are obviously messing with the game. |

So what's to stop him from saying "Hey Sugar, nice individual Immunity Idol that you may-or-may-not have found on Exile Island today."? Before
he asked normal questions, now he deliberately tries to make people question their alliances and their vote. "It seems that it's important to keep a
tribe strong...*turns to weaker player* So, do you think you might be feeling vulnerable then?"
And how would people legitimately be able to call them on manipulating the results? It's not like they haven't before. Outcasts and purple ribbon, anyone? Said it in the other thread, but that immunity challenge was made to give Matty a chance to save himself from Charlie/Randy/Corinne throwing the challenge and voting him out. It was totally meant to be an individual immunity challenge, and not some bs about winning immunity for your tribe. |

^About Jeff asking Sugar about people digging in her bag for the immunity idol, Jeff might have asked that in every tribal council. Tribal councils last up to
1-2 hours and most things are edited OUT. They just probably edited that IN because it's RELEVANT to the context of the episode.

Mookie and Dreamz had already been campaigning for Stacy because she would have given too much power to Alex and Edgardo if they had made it to Final 5. The twist actually gave them the perfect opportunity to oust Stacy, but Michelle's comments about not trusting Dreamz made him paranoid, and he wrote her name down (since he never thought logically about anything that entire game, and let his emotions dictate all of his decision-making). Honestly, if there was anyone that twist should have screwed, it would have been Stacy. But no one was going to complain about her being screwed over, since she was probably one of the most hated Survivor females ever at that point. (Or, as I like to call her, the only INV edit with a NN tone). |

Loverboy, STFU. They HAVE done tribal challenges where it's on one person to win it for their whole tribe (see Survivor: Thailand). Challenge wise,
everything is completely planned out before the game begins.

Using eight individual bamboo snorkels, four for each tribe, the Survivors had to submerge themselves underwater and breathe through the snorkel. Once a tribe member comes up for air, their time is stopped. The tribe with the longest cumulative running time under water wins.^ Immunity Challenge from Thailand, ep. 8. Going by this description from the site, it was still a challenge where the performance of the entire tribe counted. If Charlie/Corrine/Randy wanted to throw said challenge, they could have just come up for air and left it to Matty/Crystal to last long enough to beat the cumulative time as all five non-challenge-throwing members of the new Fang. Yeah, essentially it came down to Jake vs. Brian in the end, but it was a case where other tribe members could throw the challenge if they wanted to. If in Thailand, it was such that all tribe members were under the bamboo and the tribe member who lasts the longest wins it for their tribe (irrespective of how everybody else does) - then it would be akin to the IC last week. So STFU, yourself.

Actually, Jeff himself said on his blog, that the producers wanted to mix this game up so it wouldn't turn into Fang getting Pagonged. |
