Did Lill ever tell us exactly what Burton said at f6, or is still just hearsay? I would think that booting Lill would be risky, certainly, but it would be less risky than Lill. Sure, Darrah might be miffed, but joining Christa and Sandra would secure her own defeat. Joining Burton and Jon would be a lot more safe jury wise, not to mention that Darrah and Christa didn't like each other.

They included: Home Depot, General Moters, and Procter and Gamble. Funny, since most casual viewers already knew(or at least suspected) that EP Mark Burnett goes out his way not to offend the audience, to the point of absurdity really(I'm still miffed that they edited out the scene of Ami kissing her girlfriend. I don't even think "fag" can be said without an audio muffle anymore). They also knew that there wasn't going to be a race war, and perhaps(hopefully) that a 20 person cast was too large. PS-Fuck you Joel Stein(a precursor Cesternino if there ever was one) PPS-Woot! for John Liu of the New York City Councils Black, Asian and Latino caucus.

This is where she comes to doubt him and realizes his real F2 partner was Jon all along. When Burton brings Fairplay with him on the Reward Trip, the board is set for the mutiny to occur. Sure, Darrah might be miffed, but joining Christa and Sandra would secure her own defeat. No? If Lill leaves at F6, she knows she's been had, and she no longer trusts Jon. Darrah would then gladly eliminate her strongest challenge competition, Burton, and try to get to the F2 by beating out the remaining players in challenges.

If Darrah goes with Burton and Jon, she still has a great shot at immunity regardless. She won more than he,right? If she goes with Christa and Sandra, she goes at final 4 no matter what. In a jury situation, she loses no matter what. Going along with the plan just adds more fuel to the fire against projected winner Burton(or Jon for that matter).

Posts: 5740 (11/07/08 7:12 PM) Registered user Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	Micronesia- Jellyfish Lake is a beautiful spot that deserves more�attention, and it pretty much got the short shrift in Micronesia, so it�deserves a low ranking Marquesas- Paschal and Nelehs lovely ocean side dinner was fun to watch�in, I guess an anthropological way. I'm not�keen on either of them(at least from the edit and the limited news I hear of them in real life), but�I like�seeing two people who are fond of each other having a good time. Them laughing at butter and other nonsense was pretty funny. Since VISA has sponsored better moments of Survivor lore then this, I give it the lowest rung on the ladder of all the VISA sponsored rewards.

Appearances are all that matter (although I think it's silly to suggest that Burton wasn't Darrah's single biggest challenge threat for the entire merged game). Darrah wanted Burton out because of the physical threat he posed, not to mention the threat to her status with Jon. There's a reason she tried to eliminate Burton earlier in the game at F7. If she goes with Christa and Sandra, she goes at final 4 no matter what. Just as she would by siding with Burton/Jon. Difference is, she has a better chance at winning Immunity if Burton isn't there, and furthermore, she has a deal with Jon. By booting Lill, it would become clear to her that Jon's primary ally is Burton, not her, so if she cuts out Burton, Jon has no chance but to go back to her. Jon was Darrah's goat (at least, she thought). In a jury situation, she loses no matter what. Darrah beats all of them in a jury vote.

I misspoke, Darrah could be emotional enough to not want to join Christa/Darrah just because of that. Jon and Burton both suggested how easy it was to manipulate the girls, and how wishy washy they were. The exception was what actually happened, because Lill is a wildcard and because Sandra is a vengeful player. Since Christa was very disliked, we can presume she wasn't a good communicater. If so, she might also be vengeful and would flub her and Sandras chances at revenge. Christa is an insurence policy. Darrah has every reason to jump ship with Lill. With her gone, it would lessen the incentive.
