Count me among the people who love this album. Her voice is incredible. I will probably listen to this over and over for a few days.
I also got Brooke White's Songs From the Attic at the same time. It's a pleasant album. |

I'm kinda dissapointed It's Your Love is her first single. I thought something like Declaration of Love would be able to hook younger listeners.
Then I learned Declaration of Love is actually originally sung by Celine Dion, so I guess that's why. |

I'm going to see Melinda in concert!!!!
On March 20, I'll be going to Dallas to see the lovely Melinda Doolittle along with the Dallas Symphony! Along for the ride is Chikezie, Phil Stacey, and the unfortunate Gina. I love Melinda and Chikezie and really like Phil, so it should be a good time! But y'all....
I'M SEEING MELINDA IN PERSON AND IN CONCERT!!!!!
I'm beyond excited!

OooOoooOOoooo.... I hadn't even though about stalking! Mr. Tigerjag will be with me, so I'd have a photog.
I really don't know what to expect, being with the Dallas Symphony. I was going to order a Melinda t-shirt and wear that, but - will this be a dress-up affair? The one time I went to a Houston Symphony event, we dressed to the nines, but it wasn't a concert, let alone an American Idol cast-off concert.
