Lego were my favourites when I was kid. My favourite memory is when I built one of the entire sets, it was an underwater set.
My favourite candy is Warheads. |

I'm not certain about a toy. There were five of us so it was all a jumble.
My favorite candy wa Root Beer Barrels and Razzle gum. Now I can't get enough of dark chocolate covered espresso beans even though I usually hate anything chocolate. |

I don't remember a toy. But I used to get together with friends and we'd put on shows for our parents.
Candy? Back then maybe those little multi-colored dots on the long strip of paper. Now I like to suck on tarty stuff. |

The Razzle gum now doesn't seem to taste the same.
The Marathon bars were awesome -- we used to freeze them and then slam em on the table to crack into a billion pieces. |

We would get a Nestles Crunch bar for the ride home from Gaviota Beach every Sunday. I loved those then! Now.. not so much.
I liked my Dawn Dolls and my Lucky Locket Kittles, but mostly I loved my roller skates and am/fm transistor radio. I would spend most every day out skating and listening to the radio. One of my favorite things to do when allowed was to take my mom's Super 8 movie camera and make my own movies with all my friends out in the Eucalyptus groves, fields and at the beach by our house. That was so fun! |

I loved Barbies. Man, my sister and I would set up entire Barbie villages. My grandmother would actually hand make clothes for our barbies.
Does anyone remember Wig Barbie? She was cool. And then Malibu Barbie came out and we thought that was just the coolest Barbie ever. Wig Barbie:

Light Bright. The thing with the black numbered paper and you stuck the colored pegs in. So cool.

I was a total Barbie girl. Big shocker there.
Favorite candy - toss up between Dinosour Eggs (wonka) and GatorGum (really sour like Gatorade). |

My son has a rockem sockem robot game -- he loves it.
Remembering games from the past, I am surprised we didn't kill one another. All five of us had our own set of clackers which really hurt when you clacked them across someone's head. My sister and I got a Suzy Homemaker electric grill one year which really worked -- I was 6 at the time. I don't think a 6 year old should be grilling burgers. I remember we all loved Spiroman -- which was a weird takeoff on Spirograph. We would fight over swinging the pendulum until my older brother in a fit of rage just ripped it off. |
