China Grill several nights ago. It was a melon mojito and it was unbelievably tasty. It was rum based, so off topic again :P
EiE - I love pomengrante these days. If it's a signature drink for me it's going to have be red or pink and stilleto-y (if that makes any sense to you). Feminine and edgy but with a distinct bite. My favorite martini is still a dirty martini, after all! You now what might be good is adding something really spicy to the olive. Actually, I was at the Westin in minneapolis last winter and they had a vodka drink that was made with red chili pepper or something really spicy. It was so good. I hate I can't remember what was in that drink exactly.
