Crystal Cox (born March 28, 1979 in Norfolk, Virginia) is an American track and field athlete. She won a gold medal in the women's 4x400 m relay at the 2004 Summer Olympics. In 2004, she was the American indoor 200 m champion. Crystal is also the goddess of Survivor: Gabon.

Crystal is one of the contestants in the reality series Survivor: Gabon which aired in the fall of 2008.[1]

Despite being placed on the perpetually losing tribe during the pre-merge stage of the game; the tribe she was in lost 12 of the 14 tribal challenges. However, she has since made it to the merge and has outlasted 10 of the 17 other contestants at this point of time, despite having been to Tribal Council the most times amongst the contestants, only equalled by her long-term ally, Ken Hoang. In the merged tribe, named Nobag, she is currently in an alliance with Ken, Matty, Sugar and Susie.

Crystal is well known for her hatred for fellow contestant Randy. During the 11th Tribal Council, Crystal wrote down Randy's name, and ignoring the fact contestants are required only to whisper a small explaination of their vote, yelled out plain for the others and Randy to hear: 'You have made my life a living hell from day 1. Forget you; go home; goodbye!'. This came after weeks of hating the old ugly bastard, and he was voted out, hilariously, in a 5-3 vote. Crystal, also, has a perfect voting record. Many fans of the show conclude that when she tells someone to go home in her confessionals, they right then and there know that that person will go home.

Voting off Ace: 'You're just one of the snakes that I got to get rid of. Go home!'

Getting Susie to flip to her side at F10. This singlehandedly changed the course of the game because Ken would have been voted out, and Kota would have had power at the impending merger.
