Besides Jeff's completely biased "last week on survivor", I thought this was bringing back what made the show great years ago. No one tribe
dominated the screen time early, so it wasn't completely obvious who lost the challenge, a majority of the people were given screen time, and we even got
some good air time dedicated to non strategy aspects of the show and character development. Sure, I was ticked off that GC turned out to be as big of a pussy
that we all thought, and I wanted them to get rid of the idol even though I like Sugar (although it was not that bad of a decision for Ken, Kelly, and Crystal
whether you think so or not. What would be a bad decision is Matty joining up with Ace.) The Survivor editors need to realize that they only need 5 minutes or
so dedicated to "Who should we vote off if lose?" and "Now, that we've lost, what do we do?" Seeing stuff about the wildlife out in
Gabon can be just as exciting with the elephant and the stuff about the electric fish. Even the challenges didn't seem to last that long because they were
exciting and actually original.
Let's just hope that Jeff Probst can learn to start reading off of his cue cards like he used to do, but besides that, great episode. Keep up the good work.
