Posts: 1139 (10/16/08 10:07 AM) Registered user Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	First, i got a mushroom growing in my apartment, then the heater decided to have a life of its own, and the temperature jumped up to 80 for absolutely no reason (the dial is at 60!!) Now, the fridge decided to stop working and all my food went bad (milk turned into some disgusting creamy looking thing. I was trying to put milk over my cereals, and i ended up getting a white blob instead. All went to trash) Today I found a spider in the apartment WTF did i get myself into? Maintenance seem friendly, but i don't wanna call maintenance EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK complaining about something. Is there a way to break my lease in these cases?

Just kill them, and get on with calling about the fridge. You sort of need a fridge. And how long was the refrigerator out? It takes quite a while to make your own sour cream milk. Did you check the date on the jug?
