Hi all, this is my first time posting here. After I read this post-game interview of Ken:
http://www.realityblurred...bon/2008_Sep_15_ken_hoang
"As to how he'll win the mental game, Ken said it just comes down to a single moment during the 39 days. "I believe that it doesn't
matter how much you screw people over in the game. Once you get to the jury, you can convince them to vote for you," he said."
I have a feeling that he will be the one who face the jury.
"At various points, he talked about being the tribe's provider, "puzzle master," underestimated weaker member, backstabber, and moral
support."
Hmmmm... now I have a even stronger feeling that he might be the ultimate villain of this season. May be this explains why
"good and evil" is the overall theme of this season: Ken is the last remaining member from the Evil alliance (with GC, Crystal, Kelly). Marcus (The
Good) and Ken (The Evil) face off in the final tribal council, where the jurors question Ken about all his lies, backstabbing.
And in this case Kelly probably makes Jury and votes for him, that's why the producers have to show his confessional about picking Kelly. Then the scenes
in ep1 with Michelle make sense as well, those scenes are meant to develop Ken as the underdog, the flirt, and ultimately, the evil strategist.
I may be entirely wrong, but Ken was my pre-season favourite and now seeing the potential in him to become the ultimate "evil" of this season makes
me like him even more!! Ken FTW
By the way, just for fun, I found that every member of the "evil" alliance represents one of the seven deadly sins. Ken-lust, Crystal-pride, GC-sloth
and with Kelly...... is being dumb a sin?
