I just watched Amityville Horror |

The updated version. I had seen it when I was in HS back in the 80's, but this was a newer version. Dang, it was scary. Either movies have gotten a lot
scarier, or I have gotten a lot wimpier.

Those movies DO get scarier when you're older. I used to watch those things for breakfast when I was a kid, but now I think about changing the channel.

I don't know about scarier but I thought the man/husband actor was hot as shit, is that the guy that just married Scarlett Johanson?
I also think the husband in the first Amityville was hot too, I am a sucker for a brown bearded and brown eyed hot men. Keanu in The Gift, so hot! |

Do a Google map search for 112 Ocean Ave, Amityville New york.
It's the house! |

I googled the address, and it had pictures. That is the house, altho I read somewhere it has a different number now b/c of all the tourists coming to gawk at
it. It's really gorgeous, I'd love to have a house like that, ghosts and demons notwithstanding.

The music still creeps me out too.
Ah aaaah, ah ah ah ah What was the pigs name that had those cool glowing red eyes? Emily? |

I didn't find it frightening at all.
Ok wait, I lie. I was rather scared Ryan Reynolds wasn't going to take his shirt off. |

That is interesting that there really was a family murdered there and then the Lutzes lived there and claimed it was haunted. I just figured the whole thing
was made up and said that it was based on a true story to make it scarier.
I don't think I could ever buy a house where a murder had occurred. I'm not even superstitious; but I just don't think I could. I guess the best thing is to just always buy brand new houses. |
