I'm not sure Charlie speaks for "everyone" on Kota. (It will be interesting to hear Sugar's version of burlap-gate. That seems like such a
totally bizarre thing to do right off the bat, tear up other people's stuff.)
But yeah, it seems like we're headed for a grumpy jury. |

The first is that he is right about Crystal when he bad mouthed about her to others, and that they will take his word for it. The second, being the more plausible is that he's just badmouthing her simply because he hates her. I mean calling her a dinosaur and a sasquatch behind her back, and then telling everyone at TC that she and GC were running a gang or a posse isn't exactly choice words. And even if it was true, it also reflects on him because he is such a negative person, and name calling is proof of that. Also for Charlie or Marcus to say such things is just stupid. Like you said, they only spent a couple of days with her each, and from the look of things Crystal and Marcus seemed to get along for the most part. i mena if they wanted to show the two of them not getting along the editors would have. And as for Charlie, I seriously doubt he spent any time with her. It looks like he didn't spend any quality time getting to know her at all. |

I think Randy badmouthing Crystal will impact the jury votes. Corrine called Crystal a bully and Marcus insinuated that Crystal's behavior had some effect
on his friendship with her cousin. So they aren't inclined to like her. While Juries have disregarded "bad" personalities in the past, those
personalities have been for the most part, ruthless in a sleazy way, not ruthless in a "mean-bully" way. I just hope this season doesn't let me
down as far as the final tribal council goes. I always like to see fireworks. I agree it's Kenny's game to lose. JPs comments were thought
provoking. Will be interesting to see if Kenny does in fact lose his head.

From what we saw from the one episode that the two of them were together int he same tribe it appeared that both Marcus and Crystal were getting along and that Marcus wanted to include her in some kind of alliance. But Crystal had no plans of voting Marcus's way and instead voted him out. They spent about two days together and all of a sudden not only does Marcus have a problem with crystal's behaviour but he also wants to take it his bitterness out on her cousin! Like, was Crystal that bad to him that it truly has affected his friendship with her cousin. Something's missing here. |

Jeff comments this week are basically telling us flat out telling us Kenny is being set up for a fall. If not I have no idea why he would write what he did. I
don't want to jump to conclusions but he could not be more explicit. I guess Jeff could be referring to tribal council... or maybe just life in general...
but I really think Kenny's going to get blindsided now.

At the auction for instance, Matty is bidding on the burger and fries and Kenny, who had the most money, shrugs his shoulders and says, "You can have it." Like Tony Soprano, this kid. I can't wait for the execution. I promise you if he keeps this attitude, it will happen and he will not see it coming... I'm concerned about my soft spot for Randy, not interested in Corinne, can't wait for Kenny to get his comeuppance, enjoyed the 5th grade cookie argument, and love Bob. Link |

I have a gut that Jeff is throwing a misdirect at us. Not to go all Edgic here, but with his edit, Kenny seems to be the most realistic winner. Also, if you go
through all the insider videos, there's an awfully huge amount of positive things said about him in various degrees.

conschobhar wrote:The deleted Scene makes it seem like there will be a Crystal/Kenny/Sugar final 3. However, the show has gone out of its way to edit Sugar disliking both Kenny/Crystal. It seems that Matty/Susie approached Sugar for a final 3 alliance. Could Matty win immunity at the final 5, and so that forces Sugar to vote with Matty/Susie? Could Matty/Susie decide to make a move sooner rather then later against Kenny/Crystal with Corine/Bob still around? Sugar would have to stick with Susie/Matty (unless she joined a threesome with Bob/Corine) as to not be stuck in an minority alliance. I think Kenny has a strong chance to win, but why did the editing make it look like Sugar isn't with Crystal/Kenny at all. |

Is Jeff's ego big enough that he would be willing to go out there and say comments that will turn out to be totally wrong? I don't know. He also
isn't giving reasons why Ken would win. I think that would suck for Ken if he won and the main opportunity the host has to brag about Ken's game is
instead used to repeatedly tell people what a cocky asshole Ken is. The episodes also aren't doing very much to showcase Ken's game.
Maybe this is their latest attempt at a "gotcha" win, like Todd. Very original. |

There are two explanations for why Jeff is saying what he is saying. The first is the more obvious and that is he just wants to play with our heads. He wants
to play mindgames with the viewers knowing that there are people on Sucks analyzing every word he's saying and trying to come up with something to explain
it. The second is that he had a completely different experience with the survivor contestants that we are not seeing. Yes, it is all about editing, and we can
only see so much of what is going on in each episode. But it is obvious that Jeff has more face to face time with the contestants and that he is able to see
them in a certain way that we simply don't Granted the producers and editors may not like certain people, but it doesn't hide the fact that Kenny is
being smug or that Crystal has some anger issues of her own. Still, I think Jeff must see some of the qualities in these people that are not coming through in
these episodes.

And Kenny's "comeuppance" could also come in the form of one of his posse not choosing him for a reward when he expected it or not following
Kenny's game plan when he expects them to follow it or anything along those lines. The "blind-side" could be that Kenny thinks that someone is
firmly in his alliance only for Kenny to find out that they are not. In fact Kenny's "blindside" could be the Sugar boot which has been
speculated and if Sugar really has a tight final three alliance with K/C that would leave them possibly scrambling at the end. So I am not going to assume
that JPs comments mean that Kenny is taken out.
Burnettfollower is right when he/she speculates about JPs blog. Who knows what JP sees that we don't? Sugar is still the person with the most power having the HII. From JPs blogs and the promos it is indicated that the HII is still played in a way never before seen. Sugar has been rewriting the Surivor strategy rulebook all season and I do see her doing something crazy with the HII. Sugar was also shown this week as having doubts about Matty's intentions and in her insider clip saying that she has a final three alliance with K/C. |

Since someone posted that Randy might have slipped in his interview when he basically said Kenny lasts longer than Corrinne. Combine that with
JP's blog and it doesn't sound like F3 to me. I love Kenny but seeing how dysfunctionally and hilariously awesome this season has been, I would love
to see him get blindsided. Then Crystal. It's only fitting that in a season where the smartest, strongest alliance was knocked out in humilitaing
fashion, by the "weak" that the trend continues and we end up with a F3 that's comprised of either Bob, Sugar, Susie or Matty. I know most
people think that would be lame, but hey, cockroaches will outlast humans. Maybe the winner will be the one who survives what Jeff said could be a
"bloodbath" leading to the Final tribal council. I would laugh my ass off.

I'd have to go back and look, but to what degree in his earlier blogs did JP tout or downplay the chances of Marcus and Ace (back when each of them seemed
in control of things to a great extent)? That could give some clue as to if his Kenny comments mean anything...

Jeff leaves himself an out, though. He qualifies his statements as in "if he gets too cocky" and " if he keeps this attitude". Maybe
Kenny's maturation process is such that he gets that "dose of humility" before he goes too far and does himself in. Maybe he pulls up before he
goes the way of Ace, Marcus and Randy.
