I wouldn't call it "new" since there's a new alliance post-switch, but the Matty/Susie/Randy/Dan alliance would have been a great opposition
against the Onions post-merge. Add in the 'Sugar/Ace + Idol' ordeal and it would have been a good season.

No switch would have been 10 times better because of the crazy dynamics at Fang. We would have been able to see Susie in the swing vote position (due to her
relationship with Crystal and the 4 person alliance she just made). Everyone would be vying for her vote even though people knew that she was a challenge
liability and the two sides may have joined together to get rid of her. On top of that, it looked like the only person I don't like on Fang, GC (although
he is starting to grow on me no matter how stupid he is), could have been leaving next.
We havn't had a season without a tribal swap in a long time, I don't get why they can't give us just one. |

I don't care about the original Fang alliance members but I am pissed that wothless crap like GC and Crystal are now in good positions when initially they
were screwed and Jacquie went from golden til the merge and beyond to ousted because new Fang would rather keep shit like Kelly over her.

What was the last season without a swap? Palau right? And Palau would definitely have been worse with a swap.I would say Exile Island was the last without a swap. They dissolved the four-person teams after the first episode and then we got to see La Mina and Casaya battle it out until the merge. Incidentally, I think Exile Island was one of the better seasons. |

I actually liked the twist, because even though I liked the Fang alliance (Dan, Matty, Randy, & Susie). The twist ruined Ace's plan to get rid off Kelly. |

I liked the twist mostly cuz it ruined the onion aliance and stirs things up... I like the Randy/Dan/Matty/Susie alliance a lot, I hope they go far. I hope Ace
is out next... he gets on my nerves with his fake accent. Why does Jeff like him so much??

Wow, I just realized that the ONLY seasons without some sort of tribal switch-up were Borneo, Australia*, Thailand**, Pearl Islands, Palau & Exile
Island***! Only 6 out of 17 seasons! I had forgotten that it was so few...
* - Although Burnett has said that he planned the Africa switch-up to happen during this season, except Ogakor kept losing in the beginning so the numbers weren't even. ** - Although there WAS an offer to switch tribes, it's just that nobody took it. *** - Depends on whether you consider the 4 tribes splitting into 2 during the second episode a switch-up. |
