Thanks for the link, Wisc! What's their problem with building up, instead of sprawling?
At the same time they want to build light rail through these "undense" neighborhoods, not fully grasping the fact that light rail needs highly dense residential neighborhoods to be viable.
However, they should be applauded as a very green and environmentally friendly city because they wanted to pass a law making incandescent light bulbs illegal.
