Brian had been out of the house for quite some time. Michelle commented on the motherhood thing more than when she was pissed off about the Hawaii trip. Michelle & April brought it up all the time especially when they saw how upset Libra got over Julie Chen's questions on the live show. Yeah, Memphis went postal on Jerry about being called a "womanizer". But that was to Jerry's face & not whispered around behind Jerry's back. Brian's whole speech at the finale was that while Jerry, April, Michelle & Ollie were taking things down to a personal level, Dan & Memphis didn't stoop to that . Michelle even called Dan a child molester! That wasn't said when she was angry about wearing the "leotahd". And they DID snottily talk about Keesha being fat right before she came into the jury house. That was personal too.

It shouldn't have been said in the first place, and it certainly shouldn't be repeated, especially on live TV, which would have been considerably more damaging than Michelle having said it on the feeds. According to Steven in one of his chats, he and Brian were both instructed by production NOT to bring up anything that had not been shown on the edited TV show, so as not to confuse TV-only viewers.

At the finale all they were doing was pointing out to the jury that they didn't play the game honorably which is what the jury members were accusing Dan & Memphis of doing.
