Rozerem - had problems with sleeping too much, grogginess
Ambien - awesome and cheap due to generics, but takes a while to work if you don't have an empty stomach Benadryl - as a sleep aid it didn't do much, but seahawketti is a nurse so listen to her |

I tried temazepam a few years ago, it worked for me. I'd get 8 hours sleep and then wake up feeling pretty good. I still have 2 left, they expired 3 years
ago. My wife tried them as well, she felt groggy the next day after taking one. Recently I tried Tylenol PM and I was amazed at how well they worked, they were
about as effective as the prescription medicine. Just remember to allow 8 hours and be wary that you could be groggy the next day.

Melatonin. Works better than Typlenol Pm. I sleep all night long and wake without that pesky hangover. It's also cheap. Found in your vitamin aisle.

jsyk, tylenol PM is just tylenol and benadryl. If you don't need the tylenol, take plain benadryl.

Melatonin is what we give our son who has insomnia. The doctor said it was okay. I take Benadryl if I can't sleep. Niquil used to work, but you have to get
it behind the counter now.
